CANTIENICA® body in evolution is different to all the trainings you know: You work your body off the floor into true alignment.
This starts from the bones: You adjust your unique bone frame according to your blueprint. From there you train everything that can be trained: bones, fascia, ligaments, tendons, sinews, muscles.
